
Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 120g Butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 3 Mars Bars or a bag of marsh mallows⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 150g Milk chocolate⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 350g Rice Crispies ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 30g white chocolate for drizzling⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Cut the Mars Bars into small slices or open the bag of mallows and melt with the butter and broken milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Take off the heat and mix in the Rice Crispies⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Spoon the mixture into a tray and spread out evenly, pressing down with a spoon firmly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Place in the fridge for a few hours until set.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- remove from the fridge⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- melt white chocolate (as before with a Bain Marie)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- transfer into a sandwich bag, snip a small corner off and pipe while chocolate over the existing crispie cakes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- put back in the fridge until set⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- cut into squares…& try not to eat them all before dinner!
