Cookbook campaign

Now What Can I Eat – the book.

Update. Sadly as of the 20th May 2018 we were unable to reach the full target amount required to make this project a reality for now. We are exploring other options (please get in touch if you think you may be able to help) but until then the idea is on hold. Thank you so much to all those who supported the idea and the project and sorry I couldn’t make it happen. Pippa

A book crammed full off recipes, from loads of different chefs, restaurants and well known foodies, that are 100% immune suppression friendly. With not only the right ingredients but with all necessary cooking steps included in the method to ensure anyone can prepare safe and delicious food. The idea being that those who are dealing with illness, their friends and family have enough to worry about without having to think about food too.

So, I had the idea, I’ve got the support of the chefs, dieticians and a publisher so now all I need to do to make the idea a reality is raise the funds to get the printing press rolling…

And that’s where you come in…

The campaign launched on Good Friday, the 30th March, as last Good Friday I received the call that saved my life and had my transplant.

I would be hugely grateful if you might consider donating to support my project – I hope with the support of as many people as possible reaching our goal is achievable.

Please visit the funding page for more information or drop me an email and I will happily answer any questions.

As you will see on the page you can do this to varying amounts and I really do appreciate anything you might be able to pledge. Every little really does help and I would love to be able to make this dream a reality and have a positive and lasting legacy from my journey over the last few years.
